Our dedicated CAD team can support all your design requirements, including pattern development and technical drawings.
With hands-on experience as former fabricators, they bring valuable practical knowledge—advising not only on how different materials react to specific fabrication processes, but also on the best ways to achieve your product specifications efficiently and accurately.
All drawings are securely stored on our confidential server, ensuring complete data protection. Our friendly office team manages orders with care and provides all necessary documentation, including quality assurance packs and full material test certification.

Laser Profiling
Equipped with two advanced Trumpf laser profiling machines, we offer a fully comprehensive sheet cutting service. Our capabilities include a 6kW Fiber Laser and a 3kW Gas Laser, enabling us to cut a wide variety of materials with speed, precision, and efficiency.
With an extensive stock of sheet materials held on site, we can provide highly competitive lead times. If your required material isn’t in stock, we can usually source it and have it delivered within 24 hours.
Profile Polishing
After cutting, we offer comprehensive deburring and polishing options to ensure every part meets your exact specifications. This can be carried out by hand for precision work or using our flatbed polishers, which are designed to achieve a consistent 240s brushed surface finish.
Every component is thoroughly inspected to remove sharp edges and guarantee the required finish, delivering safe, high-quality parts ready for the next stage of production.
Fabrication Team
Our fabrication department is fully equipped with the latest machinery and the expertise to handle any project. This includes state-of-the-art Trumpf CNC press brake machines, rollers, tube notchers, pneumatic tapping arms, pillar drills, cold cut saws, and linishers.
The team is made up of 15 skilled sheet metal fabricators, each bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience. They take pride in their work, polishing every part themselves to ensure exceptional quality and finish.
To support this standard, we provide the very best welding and polishing equipment, tools, and PPE available. All welding bays are fitted with a full Local Exhaust Ventilation system, ensuring work is carried out safely and comfortably.
