CAD Team
Our CAD team can assist with all your design needs, including pattern development.
They have the advantage of originally being fabricators themselves so can advise on how materials will react to specific fabrication process’s and how best to meet the specifications of your product.
All drawings are kept on a secure server and are completely confidential, our friendly office team handle all orders and provide any certification needed including quality assurance packs including material test certification.
Laser Profiling
With two Trumpf laser profiling machines we can offer a fully comprehensive sheet cutting service. We have a 6KW Fiber Laser and a 3kw Gas Laser, along with a huge stock of sheet materials on site, allowing us to give very competitive lead times to our customers. If we don’t stock what you need, other materials can usually be sourced and onsite within 24 hours.
Profile Polishing
Post cutting, we offer a debur and polishing service, this can be done by hand or using one of our flatbed polishers that have been designed to achieve a 240s brushed surface finish. All parts are inspected to ensure they have no sharp edges and meet the customers required finish.
Fabrication Team
In our fabrication department we have all the machinery and expertise needed to produce any fabrication that is tasked. This includes three state of the art Trumpf CNC Press Brake Machines, Rollers, Tube notchers, pneumatic tapping arm, Pillar Drills, Cold Cut Saw, and Linishers.
The fabrication team consists of 20 sheet metal fabricators with a wealth of expertise and knowledge. They take pride in the quality and finish they achieve, polishing every part themselves to ensure these standards are maintained.
We provide them with the best welding and polishing equipment, tools and PPE on the market. A full Local Exhaust Ventilation system is used in all welding bays to ensure that work is carried out in a safe and comfortable environment.
